Game On Lock – Video Submission Terms & Conditions

By submitting your video to Game On Lock (“GOL”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Content Ownership & Permissions

• You must either own the video or have full permission from the rightful owner to submit it.

• If you are not the person in the video, you must have the subject’s consent to submit it for promotional use.

2. Age Requirement

• You must be 18 years old or over to submit content.

• If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to submit your video. We may request proof of permission before publishing or issuing prizes.

3. Usage Rights

By submitting your video, you grant Game On Lock:

• A non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, edit, and distribute your content across our channels (including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, email marketing, and website).

• Permission to use your name, club, and social handles in connection with the video submission, where appropriate.

4. Exclusivity

• Where indicated, GOL may request exclusive rights to content not published elsewhere. This does not transfer ownership but allows us to feature your clip as a first or only release.

5. Prizes & Features

• Submission does not guarantee publication or reward.

• All prizes are awarded at the sole discretion of Game On Lock, based on engagement, quality, and eligibility.

• If selected, you may be contacted via the email or social media provided.

6. Misuse & Violations

• Submitting content without the proper rights or permissions may result in disqualification and removal.

• We take content ownership seriously and will comply with DMCA or legal takedown requests where necessary.

7. Privacy

• Information you submit (name, email, social handle, etc.) will be securely stored and may be used to contact you about features, prizes, or GOL news.
